Clayton City of London Hotel is very near St Paul’s iconic landmark that sits on Ludgate Hill, the highest point of the City of London. The cathedral dates back to the 17th century and was partially restored after the Great Fire of London. You can visit the cathedral daily for a fee. Doors open at 10am.
You can walk from the hotel for 30 minutes or take the Central line from Liverpool Street to Bank and depart the train at St Paul’s Station.
